Our move has been a way to start fresh. I've been feeling more at home, which has allowed me to make it..... Just that.
I'd still like more clocks, and a nice green plant on the left-- it's still a work in progress.

Thrifty Finds
Helloooo doll. Found this pretty thing in Seattle and had to buy her. Not sure what I'll do with her, but she is just too cute!
What should I do? I almost want to do nothing just because I want her intact :)

A Rosey Of A Day
This past Saturday at ZPizza (I really like this place;) I met up with my good friend Rose, who I haven't sat down and chatted with for about 3 years! We once bumped into each other at a restaurant, but I don't count that. Anyways, what a blessing of a time. Our two hours went by SO fast, so much to catch up on! I cherish our friendship and want to make more of an effort to count our blessings together.
Beautiful Rose carrying a baby girl in her tummy! And she looks spectacular too :)
A pleasant treat. Love you Rose, we gotta do it again!

City Search...
throughout all of Los Angeles, for anything that catches my eye around my city that is random, beautiful, inspiring, weird, and the list goes on.
These creepy eyes remind me of the novel Nineteen Eighty-Four (1984). Big Brother watches...
Found on Larchmont and 3rd st. ( Larchmont Village)

Smile {This Moment}
My little Key wearing my favorite band t-shirt, makes me smile!
{this moment} - A Friday ritual. A single photo [or several]- capturing a moment from the week that makes me smile. A simple, special moment. A moment I want to pause, savor and remember.

"Is Google Making Us Stupid?"
This article by Nicolas Carr has sparked a healthy conversation. I'm watching Frontline's film Ditigal Nation: Life on the virtual frontier. I haven't finished it, but I intend to and from what I make of it so far--it is eye opening, refreshing, and calls for more thinking about internet use, and the various facets that come with it. Take some time and watch it, and invite the family to too!

Girls ONLY lunch
A few weeks ago Geneyem, Jasmine, and I meet up for a nice lunch date. It was a great time to just hang out with some girls and talk about...well, girl stuff! My lovely hubby watched the kids while I galavanted around Pasadena. He's the best!
Friends that are kind, loving, and always an encouragement. Thanks Jaz and G :) Next time, the other two will have to join in on the fun.
Every mommy needs her "girl time"--get yours too!
