Key's new summer dress turned out differently of what I originally intended. Trying to emulate my drawings, that look like chicken scratches, perhaps is not the best way...but either way, it turned out better than I thought! It still has its handful of mistakes, but considering, I was grateful it wasn't a total flop. I love her in the new dress...well, I love her in anything! She was especially sweet while I used her as a model.
I made this dress with very light material. I actually didn't realize how light it was, until I was having some trouble putting it together. After some hassle, it turned out to be a fun dress to be out in the sun with. My little Key looked fresh and wonderful! The bow in the back, made it especially fun...I guess bows are just fun!
and I am the wifee of a wonderful man, and mommy to Rock, Key, and Story. This blog is my journal of trying to "take every thought captive" (2 Corinthians 10:5) in order to see more of Christ, and less of myself through my endeavors. I've liked the arts, in various forms, but since my daughters birth, it's taken a whole new turn.
